Key Responsibilities

  • •Monitor and analyze standard costs, including periodic reviews and significant variance identification.
  • •Analyze purchase price variances and other cost variances, explain drivers, and recommend improvements.
  • •Collaborate with Operations, Procurement, and Accounting to validate cost assumptions and ensure financial data accuracy.
  • •Prepare weekly financial forecasts and monthly cost analyses within a standard costing environment.
  • •Support budgeting and reporting by assisting with monthly financial reports and annual budgets, and participate in process improvement and system enhancement initiatives.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting.
  • •Minimum 7 years of financial management experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • •CPA designation or currently pursuing CPA certification.
  • •Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., XLOOKUP, INDEX/MATCH, SUMIFS, pivot tables, financial modeling, report automation).
  • •Strong knowledge of ERP systems, preferably Infor M3 Cloud, and financial performance management systems (d/EPM).
