Key Responsibilities

  • •Partner with business unit leadership to provide legal advice and risk mitigation for successful outcomes.
  • •Draft and negotiate commercial agreements and related ancillary agreements.
  • •Advise and support the legal commercial team and other internal business teams with authoritative guidance.
  • •Own legal projects and develop subject matter expertise for issues faced by the customer contracts team and business partners.
  • •Assist with complex or risk-sensitive contract terms and collaborate on legal department updates and corporate-wide topics.

Key Requirements

  • •Juris Doctorate from an accredited Law School.
  • •Licensed to practice law in the United States with active membership in at least one state bar.
  • •Minimum 6–8 years of legal experience, including law firm and/or in-house roles.
  • •Experience advising executive clients on business and transactional matters (contracts, agreements, business strategy).
  • •Ability to act as a hands-on legal generalist in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment.
