Key Responsibilities

  • •Assist in project planning, including site layout, scheduling, and resource allocation to ensure timely completion.
  • •Supervise on-site activities by monitoring progress, performing quality control, and ensuring adherence to safety regulations and building codes.
  • •Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers to resolve issues and maintain smooth workflow.
  • •Manage procurement, delivery, and storage of materials and equipment to support project requirements.
  • •Monitor project costs and maintain accurate documentation, including progress reports, site records, and as-built drawings.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 5 years working experience with 3 years relevant experience in construction/site engineering.
  • •Comprehensive understanding of construction techniques, methods, and materials used in building projects.
  • •Proficiency using construction tools and software including AutoCAD, project management software, and surveying instruments.
  • •Knowledge of occupational health and safety regulations (including OSHA) to enforce safety protocols and conduct risk assessments.
  • •ERP knowledge, preferably SAP functional skills, is required.
