Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead sustainability consulting engagements as the primary project contact, managing scopes, work plans, and resource allocations to ensure delivery.
  • •Facilitate project meetings and workshops, engage stakeholders, and prepare supporting documentation and deliverables.
  • •Develop and deliver client presentations, technical workshops, executive summaries, and strategic recommendations for technical and non-technical audiences.
  • •Provide decarbonization and net zero advisory, including carbon baselines, net zero pathways, benchmarking, gap assessments, and carbon hotspot analyses.
  • •Perform embodied carbon and life cycle assessments (including using EC3 and One Click LCA), including review of EPDs and development of baselines and reduction/material optimization recommendations.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 135,000 - 150,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Structural Engineering, Architecture, or a related technical field.
  • •Minimum 3+ years integrating sustainability frameworks, environmental compliance, or carbon-mitigation logic into large-scale, complex projects.
  • •Experience managing building specifications for complex infrastructure or large-scale commercial developments (structural engineer or architect background considered).
  • •Ability to read and interpret architectural, structural, and MEP drawings and specifications, plus construction documentation and delivery processes.
  • •High proficiency with sustainability/assessment tools including EC3 and life cycle assessment (LCA) methodologies.
