Job Summary

Manage Accounts Receivable activities including recording and tracking client cash receipts, supporting AR collections, and following up on aged receivables. Reconcile balance sheet and income statement accounts, prepare rebill invoices, and assist with bank/credit card and travel & entertainment reconciliations. Support month-end close, prepare journal entries in Oracle, and deliver monthly and quarterly management reports for the finance team.
