Key Responsibilities

  • •Own and deliver the technical roadmap for your engineering domain, designing scalable, cost-efficient, low-latency platform solutions.
  • •Build clean, maintainable, high-performance code for APIs and core platform features that scale with global growth.
  • •Identify architectural bottlenecks and technical debt, and drive iterative refactoring plans without compromising delivery.
  • •Lead operational excellence by taking ownership of complex distributed SaaS production issues, performing RCA and implementing permanent preventive safeguards.
  • •Establish engineering standards through code reviews, automated testing, and CI/CD pipeline integration; coach and mentor engineers across functions.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field (or equivalent practical experience).
  • •12 to 15 years of hands-on software engineering and systems/platform engineering experience in modern distributed SaaS environments.
  • •Proven track record owning end-to-end architecture and technical strategy for large-scale products or core platform infrastructure.
  • •Demonstrated experience building and maintaining high-availability, low-latency, high-throughput systems under aggressive deployment schedules.
  • •Expert-level backend skills in Java (Spring/Spring Boot) or Python and deep knowledge of distributed systems architecture, microservices, RESTful APIs, and messaging queues.
