Lead BIM and information management for large infrastructure projects by driving digital ways of working and supporting delivery teams with timely project information models. Key Responsibilities

•Drive delivery of BIM and information management by promoting digital ways of working and ensuring timely project information models.
•Ensure compliance with BIM standards, contractual obligations, and local/international BIM standards and regulations, including ISO 19650.
•Oversee onboarding, training, and digital solution mobilisation; monitor progress of task teams and address delays.
•Provide strategic IM direction, produce reports, maintain QA processes for BIM deliverables, and compile lessons learned to identify training needs.
•Act as an intermediary between stakeholders, lead digital implementation and Information Execution Plans, and support R&D to improve BIM processes and tools.

Key Requirements

•3+ years of working experience, ideally with relevant education in Architecture, Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
•Strong communication and leadership in digital/information management, with the ability to lead and mentor BIM and IM specialists.
•Proven track record leading information management for large infrastructure projects across the project lifecycle.
•Proficiency in implementing BIM standards such as ISO 19650 and maintaining BIM quality assurance processes for deliverables.
•Proficiency with Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, Forma, and other CDE solutions, plus experience with data management and integration tools.
