Key Responsibilities

•Operate trust and safety for GenAI products, including managing an on-call process and responding to user/customer/business feedback about online cases.
•Analyze leakage/overkill cases from monitoring data to identify whether issues come from strategy, model/safety model drift, policy problems, or new malicious practices.
•Execute rapid operational strategy adjustments after case analysis and drive product/policy changes to update strategy or rules.
•Collect user feedback and measure platform performance and effectiveness to improve adoption and usability.
•Support Product Managers in product planning, prioritization, and iterative improvements.

Key Requirements

•5+ years of experience in operations.
•Strong understanding of AI technologies, including LLMs, VLMs, SFT, RLHF, DPO, RAG, multimodal AI, and embeddings.
•Data-driven and data-sensitive; able to identify issues through data analysis.
•Perform in-depth case analysis to determine root causes and drive effective problem resolution.
•Experience in AI product operations or safety strategy operations (preferred).
