Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and deliver end-to-end transition programmes for both small transitions and large, complex multi-workstream programmes.
  • •Own Transition Plans, including mobilisation, knowledge transfer, exit, and go-live readiness, ensuring safe and controlled service transfer.
  • •Establish programme governance and manage RAID, reporting, stage gates, and progress against dependencies, milestones, and deliverables.
  • •Coordinate across customers, incumbent suppliers, internal delivery teams, and third parties to resolve issues and maintain alignment.
  • •Produce high-quality bid responses and develop transition programme plans, including costing and presenting transition approaches in bid presentations.
