Drive market share growth for the BEES platform by identifying high-value customer opportunities and turning data into scalable go-to-market methodologies. Partner with Data, Product, and Country teams to enrich customer data, estimate market potential, and build prioritization frameworks. Design and monitor personalized commercial activations, analyze competitive landscapes, and optimize outcomes using KPIs, analytics, and experimentation to help commercial teams win share and strengthen customer engagement.

•Lead initiatives to identify, segment, and develop high-impact customers using scalable approaches across markets.
•Design, execute, and monitor personalized commercial activations and support competitive strategies using analytics, experimentation, and KPIs.

•Ability to manage cross-functional stakeholders and influence country teams; experience with Databricks is a plus.
