Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead development, maintenance, and achievement of plant EHS goals and objectives in support of corporate EHS strategy.
  • •Monitor leading and lagging indicators and lead location risk assessments to identify critical hazards and implement mitigation plans.
  • •Develop, implement, and maintain EHS programs, policies, and procedures in conformance with regulatory/company requirements (e.g., MESH).
  • •Investigate environmental and safety incidents to determine root cause and implement corrective action plans.
  • •Serve as site point of contact for inspections; ensure compliance with air, water, wastewater, and storm water permits, and oversee emergency response plans, training matrices, and EHS budgets/capital upgrades.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 130,000 - 190,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
  • •Minimum 8 years of EHS experience within industrial manufacturing environmental roles.
  • •Minimum 4 years of experience managing people.
  • •Experience developing, implementing, and maintaining EHS programs, policies, and procedures aligned with regulatory/company requirements.
  • •Must be a U.S. person to access export-controlled information, as defined in the posting.
