Key Responsibilities

  • •Deliver outstanding consumer experiences by applying the C.H.A.R.M service model.
  • •Champion a positive team culture by sharing ideas, feedback, and concerns while demonstrating Crocs core values.
  • •Assist across store departments, including POS system management, customer service, merchandising, product placement, visual presentation, and stockroom operations.
  • •Work with Store Management to achieve and exceed personal performance objectives using selling strategies.
  • •Adhere to Crocs policies including asset protection, shortage prevention, inventory control, and compliance initiatives.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 14 - 16.5 hourly

Key Requirements

  • •Must be 16 years or older.
  • •Flexibility to work nights, weekends, holidays, and extended hours with regular attendance and punctuality.
  • •A team-first approach and desire to succeed in a fast-paced retail environment.
  • •Ability to move merchandise, place and arrange items on shelves and racks, and perform physical duties including lifting 30 pounds or more with assistance.
  • •Ability to read and comprehend instructions and input information into computer/register screens.
