  • •Maintain clean, functional, and aesthetically pleasing social spaces for employees, guests, and residents
  • •Perform routine inspections and submit maintenance work requests to keep spaces guest-ready
  • •Drive continuous improvement by implementing at least one major enhancement per quarter
  • •Support events by coordinating readiness, setting up and breaking down equipment, and maintaining cleanliness
  • •Manage organized, well-stocked storage and inventory by coordinating with the Experience team and communicating via reporting tools
