Job Summary

Lead the Safe & Secure function at Carvana HQ by supervising front-desk Safe & Secure Associates and ensuring protection of people, assets, and facilities. Oversee incident management, incident documentation and after-action reviews, visitor/vendor check-in, and HQ risk assessments. Manage team performance through coaching, training, and recruiting, while monitoring compliance with policies and local/state/federal requirements, and escalating high-risk issues when needed.

Key Responsibilities

•Oversee day-to-day activities of assigned team, identify strengths/weaknesses, and develop improvement plans.
•Engage and develop the team through coaching, training, performance management, and recruiting/selection.
•Implement and directly lead the Incident Management program at HQ locations, including preparedness and after-action reviews to determine root causes.
•Directly lead Safe & Secure Technology processes supporting HQ locations (e.g., badge access, server room controls, monitoring alerts) and ensure equipment and alerts function properly.
•Implement and monitor visitor and vendor check-in processes, conduct HQ risk assessments, and ensure compliance with systems, policies, procedures, and local/state/federal requirements.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 50,000 - 62,000 annually

•High School Diploma or equivalent.
•3+ years experience in physical security operations and/or loss prevention.
•1+ years experience directly supervising/managing a team.
•Valid driver’s license and insurable DMV required.
