Field Service Senior Engineer

Deliver on-site support for customers’ IT operations from the Field Service team. Apply technical expertise to troubleshoot and resolve customer issues with guidance from remote support, including planning and leading installations, reseating/swapping/replacing parts in the datacenter, and upgrading firmware. Collaborate with remote teams to triage problems and drive closure of complex issues, while keeping current on technology and service offerings.
