Portfolio Manager Team Lead

Lead a team of commercial lending Portfolio Managers and Credit Analysts while managing and growing an assigned loan portfolio. Provide direct people leadership across hiring, onboarding, training, and performance management. Drive loan structuring, underwriting, origination, and portfolio management, applying the bank’s risk grading methodology and credit appetite. Partner with Relationship Managers on client needs, lending proposals, cross-sell opportunities, and post-approval due diligence and documentation.
