Job Summary

Serve as a client-first partner to individuals and small businesses in a KeyBank branch. Listen for opportunities to support clients’ financial wellness, provide customized guidance through proactive calling and in-person conversations, and open or expand accounts and lending products. •Provide a strong client experience by engaging clients in-person and by phone to support their financial wellness needs.
•Attain individual activity, behavior, and outcome goals and meet expectations through sales-driven conversations.
•Open and service personal and business accounts, including deposit products and lending options such as home equity and unsecured lending.
•Build partnerships with branch teammates and line of business partners, manage centers of influence, and deepen client relationships.
•Ensure compliance with operational, risk, security, and audit procedures, including proper documentation; support branch operations and assist on the teller line as needed.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 20.67 - 31.25 hourly

Key Requirements

•High school diploma/GED or equivalent business experience (required).
•1+ year developing current and new customer relationships, achieving sales goals, and building referral sources (required).
•Understanding of consumer credit, including loan-to-value, debt-to-income, and credit reports (required).
•Foundational knowledge of sales and service techniques with clients (including tele-consulting, outside calling, prospecting, and networking) (required).
•Working knowledge of PCs (MS Windows and Office products like Word and Excel) and digital technology (mobile, apps, web-based browsing) to educate clients (required).
