Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee all programs at the place of work, and coordinate with other coordinators in larger facilities or organizations.
  • •Lead design, implementation, and evaluation of programs that support professional development and continuous learning.
  • •Direct long-term and short-term strategic planning and budget development aligned to business goals.
  • •Develop and implement operating policies, ensuring adequate execution and compliance with local rules and regulations.
  • •Lead the operations team, oversee contractor phases/schedules, negotiate and prepare contracts, manage cost estimation, and support HSE initiatives and incident reporting.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 8 years of working experience, including 5 years in a relevant supervisory position.
  • •Strong planning and scheduling experience to ensure construction projects are completed efficiently and on time.
  • •In-depth understanding of construction methods, materials, and building codes to ensure quality and compliance.
  • •Ability to manage budgets, control costs, and analyze financial performance to maintain profitability.
  • •ERP knowledge with preferably SAP functional skills is required to succeed in the role.
