Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide a world-class customer experience for internal and external Lucid clients.
  • •Coordinate vehicle drives, including dropping off/picking up customer vehicles and/or loaners, running to the bodyshop, and test charging at Electrify America charge stations.
  • •Arrange Lyft rides for internal vehicle moves as requested.
  • •Assist with pre-delivery inspection (PDI) carrier preparation and vehicle handover, including check-in when needed.
  • •Support the shop by assisting technicians with basic repairs and performing duties such as moving and staging vehicles, delivering parts, washing vehicles, and other assigned tasks.
