Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide exceptional customer service by following the Selling Ceremony and meeting customer expectations.
  • •Demonstrate the Jimmy Choo luxury lifestyle image through customer service, attitude, personal grooming, dress code, and behavior.
  • •Develop detailed product knowledge (construction, materials, care, and design) to deliver knowledgeable service.
  • •Build, develop, and maintain a client database to drive repeat visits and customer loyalty.
  • •Support store operations including stock replenishment, maintaining stock controls/accuracy, participating in stock takes and store meetings/training, and representing the brand during promotional events.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: EUR 31,500 - 36,500

Key Requirements

  • •Demonstrable success as a sales consultant within a luxury brand, especially in shoes or ready-to-wear.
  • •Excellent written and verbal communication skills and fluent English.
  • •Additional languages would be beneficial; Mandarin speaker preferred.
  • •Demonstrable sales skills and knowledge of the luxury market, customer service, and fashion.
  • •Ability to handle multiple demands and competing priorities while anticipating client needs.
