Key Responsibilities

  • •Participate in weekly stand-ups and provide SITREPS to leadership to highlight progress, issues, and resource enablement.
  • •Develop and execute a streamlined test plan focusing on key objectives while maintaining safety and minimizing unnecessary procedures.
  • •Ensure adherence to baseline safety plans, mitigate risks without compromising agility and innovation.
  • •Communicate effectively to bolster teamwork and ensure information flows across the team and organization.
  • •Act as a key contributor within the Test & Evaluation team, shaping testing strategy and ensuring prototype transition to formal development.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 113,000 - 190,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in Robotics, Computer Science, or related field with 3+ years combined professional working experience.
  • •2+ years minimum of professional software development experience.
  • •2+ years minimum of relevant experience in UAS integration, testing, and project management.
  • •Strong proficiency in C++ or Rust, with experience in Linux development environments.
  • •In-depth knowledge of Pixhawk autopilot systems and ArduPilot stack, including integration, configuration, customization, and testing of unmanned vehicles.
