Job Summary

Set up and operate automatic and manual welding machines to perform production and non-production welds, following specifications and safety/quality standards. Inspect weld dimensions with precision gauges, read and interpret blueprints and specifications, and complete production documentation and required labor transactions. Learn cleaning and furnace alloy/assembly processes, operate CNC equipment to complete welds, and support continuous improvement activities, including extended shifts/overtime as needed.
