Job Function: Design (Product/UX/UI/Visual)

Key Responsibilities

•Lead sourcing and conduct screening interviews for junior-level roles via LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and direct outreach; run initial screening calls to assess fit
•Review applications, prepare structured shortlists, and conduct initial screening interviews to assess candidate fit
•Design and manage candidate workflows; ensure each stage is defined, tracked, and moving forward
•Own end-to-end interview scheduling across all stages; coordinate availability, confirmations, and reschedules
•Prepare application and assessment materials, including role-specific screening questions and evaluation forms
•Partner with hiring managers to align on role requirements, share feedback, and keep hiring on track
•Maintain accurate candidate records in ATS (Lever) for full pipeline visibility
•Use AI tools daily to automate and improve recruitment workflows (sourcing, screening, scheduling, reporting)

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 200 - 250 monthly

Key Requirements

•Fresh graduate or up to 1 year of experience in recruitment, HR, or a related field
•Excellent English communication skills, written and verbal
•Highly organized with strong attention to detail
•Comfortable using AI tools as part of daily work to improve efficiency
•Proficient in Google Workspace (Docs/Sheets/Forms) and Microsoft Office (Word/Excel/PowerPoint)
