Key Responsibilities

  • •Support integration and commissioning of vendor/OEM equipment into centralized SCADA software (Ignition) and production line controls.
  • •Perform safe controls and electrical work within LOTO and safety requirements, identify hazards, verify zero energy, validate safety devices after repair, and escalate unsafe conditions.
  • •Maximize uptime through hands-on troubleshooting and corrective actions on electromechanical, robotic, pneumatic, and control systems.
  • •Wire, commission, validate, build, and maintain industrial control panels and field devices to NFPA 79 and UL 508A standards, including restoring wiring condition and creating accurate redlines.
  • •Diagnose PLC/HMI/SCADA alarms and logic behavior, clear approved alarms, capture evidence, and support basic recovery and minor authorized parameter/recipe adjustments with documentation.

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma or equivalency certificate.
  • •2+ years of experience in a manufacturing/production environment with mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, or hydraulic systems.
  • •Ability to follow safe controls and electrical work practices, including LOTO and related safety requirements.
  • •Hands-on fault finding and structured troubleshooting with skills such as multimeter use and schematic reading.
  • •Ability to read and interpret/redline electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic schematics and drawings.
