Key Responsibilities

•Manage Transnorm North America’s business operations from Order Acceptance to Customer Delivery, including leading SIOP, tracking shipment dates, and prioritizing customer drop-in orders.
•Liaise with customers and ISC for missed deliveries and execute the Transnorm NA Revenue Plan (SRO).
•Leverage data and customer insights to implement business strategies that drive growth and profitability, including operational process improvements and margin expansion.
•Present customer-specific operational data on a quarterly basis and manage customer relationships to ensure satisfaction.
•Lead RCCA presentations using six-sigma/lean tools to prevent UDO recurrences and drive improvements.
