Key Responsibilities

  • •Help drive and exceed store sales goals by leading ALO Flow initiatives while optimizing productivity and efficiency.
  • •Maintain engagement with customers and provide a friendly, easy-to-shop environment.
  • •Build and maintain client relationships daily with customers and leadership.
  • •Educate guests and staff on our product, community and culture, including store goals, initiatives, new product launches; educate on guest-facing initiatives on the floor.
  • •Ensure effective sales floor coverage through workforce planning and leading selling initiatives; support meeting store goals and driving customer satisfaction.

Key Requirements

  • •1+ years of client-centric, sales experience (retail or equivalent)
  • •Passion for customer service and delivering exceptional experiences

  • •Ability to lift, push, or move up to 50 pounds and stand/move for a full shift
