Job Summary

Lead the Workplace team for the Amsterdam HQ, taking accountability for managing four buildings and delivering an exceptional in-office experience for employees and guests. Oversee day-to-day workplace experience and infrastructure operations, manage vendors and KPIs/SLAs, and use workplace analytics to optimize utilization and efficiency. Partner across People, IT, Sustainability, Onboarding, Events, and regional leads to scale consistent operational frameworks as the organization grows.

Key Responsibilities

•Directly lead the Amsterdam Workplace team, mentoring reports and supporting world-class workplace programs, food services, and events.
•Oversee end-to-end workplace experience and infrastructure operations across Amsterdam offices, including catering, custodial services, and external contractors.
•Lead vendor RFPs, contract management, and KPI/SLA tracking in alignment with Procurement and Finance, ensuring adherence to local regulations and budget targets.
•Partner with EMEA, NAMER, and APAC leads to align and drive global office operational strategies and advise leadership on workplace experience and engagement.
•Collaborate with IT, Sustainability, Onboarding, and Events teams to create and scale operational frameworks, and use analytics and feedback to optimize workspace efficiency.

Key Requirements

•7+ years of experience in Workplace Management, Facilities Operations, or a related discipline, with experience managing physical office footprints.
•5+ years of experience directly managing, mentoring, and developing direct reports.
•Proven experience in a global, fast-paced, or rapidly scaling corporate environment.
•Strong financial and operational acumen, including vendor RFPs, contract negotiations, compliance, and budget management.
•Exceptional stakeholder management and communication, comfortable presenting to senior leadership and working in matrixed cross-functional teams.
