Job Summary

Drive full-cycle outside B2B sales for Genius® POS and payment technology to small and mid-sized merchants in restaurant, retail, and service industries. Prospect in the field and through digital outreach, run consultative demos, and negotiate and close deals with short sales cycles. Partner with your District Manager, maintain pipeline/activity tracking in Atlas and Salesforce, and upsell/cross-sell merchants with software add-ons and hardware upgrades while staying current on fintech trends.

•Sell Genius® and other Global Payments solutions to small and mid-sized businesses across restaurant, retail, and service industries.
•Develop and manage a consistent pipeline through field prospecting, digital outreach, and local networking.
•Deliver consultative, value-based presentations in-person and virtually to demonstrate how Genius® improves payments and operations.
•Collaborate with your District Manager to identify opportunities, set appointments, and close sales.
•Maintain accurate pipeline and activity tracking in Atlas and Salesforce, including call notes, follow-ups, and client communications.

Key Requirements

•Proven success in B2B sales, preferably in SaaS, fintech, or merchant services.
•Two or more years of relevant B2B sales experience.
•High school diploma or GED required; college degree preferred.
•Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills for in-person and virtual selling.
•Valid driver’s license and ability to spend at least 75% of your time in the field.
