Job Summary

Serve as a Retail Personal Banker II sales professional focused on building customer relationships and developing sales through consultative outreach. After a 4–8 week onboarding and certification program, promote deposits, loans, and fee-based services, cross-sell to existing customers, and support outside-sales activities. Partner with business stakeholders (Mortgage, Small Business, Commercial, and Investment) to provide holistic solutions while meeting production and customer experience goals and following risk and ethics requirements.

Key Responsibilities

•Use the consultative sales process and Financial Needs Assessment to build customer profiles and identify needs.
•Maintain in-depth knowledge of retail consumer and small business products/services and recommend appropriate solutions.
•Use CAMP and approved marketing tools to proactively reach out to customers and schedule periodic financial reviews.
•Cross-sell to the existing customer base and engage in outside sales activities as directed.
•Guide CSRs on the sales and referral process and help drive customer satisfaction and production goals.

Travel: Low travel

Key Requirements

•College degree or work experience providing transferrable skills, or a combination of education and experience.
•Experience in the financial industry is preferred.
•Demonstrated ability to develop comfort level with sales activities to acquire new customers and cross-sell to established customers.
•Must demonstrate understanding of advanced math for analyzing credit and financial information.
•This position requires S.A.F.E. Act registration at the time of employment through the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS).
