Job Summary

Own vendor relations and ensure service delivery meets SLAs and contractual performance requirements. Manage vendor contracts end-to-end, including negotiation, contract signing, renewals, and termination schedules. Analyse vendor performance, drive service improvements, and coordinate escalation points with clients and vendors. Maintain preferred supplier catalogs and performance metrics, and monitor spending trends to recommend savings and ensure ongoing supplier accreditation.

Key Responsibilities

•Respond to business needs and define requirements for new or updated vendor contracts.
•Negotiate SLAs with vendors and ensure contracts are agreed and signed in line with strategy and process.
•Analyse vendor performance against contracts, provide feedback, and support continuous SLA-compliant service delivery.
•Coordinate contract renewals and manage schedules for contract termination dates with the commercial and contract management team.
•Develop supplier/outsourcer guidelines and performance metrics, and recommend improvements based on spending and inventory trends.

Key Requirements

•Advanced contract and supplier management experience, preferably in a multinational environment.
•5 years of work experience in a similar field.
•Strong procurement background and vendor management experience.
•Advanced understanding of contract lifecycle management and stakeholder engagement.
•Strong communication skills and ability to work in high-pressure environments.
