Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead the technical direction across KMC/PSS and App Builder + Connector to ensure reliability, security, cost-efficiency, and ease of build on the platform.
  • •Own and deliver core platform contracts (APIs, data models, events, and RBAC patterns) for subscription services and related workflows.
  • •Architect and deploy MCP tooling and autonomous agents to enable seamless data interoperability between internal systems and AI models.
  • •Contribute to the development of secure, reliable API endpoints and platform services, solving deployment challenges to improve reliability and cost-effectiveness.
  • •Define and improve monitoring, alerting, and observability for platform services and participate in on-call rotations to support production systems.

Key Requirements

  • •Expert-level backend engineering experience with Python and FastAPI in building and operating APIs and microservices at scale.
  • •Proven track record designing core platform primitives (authentication/authorization, orgs/accounts, subscriptions) in a multi-tenant SaaS environment.
  • •Deep experience with AWS core services and architecting secure, scalable, and cost-efficient solutions.
  • •Familiarity with modern data platforms and observability tools (e.g., Snowflake, Airflow, Spark) and designing for metrics, logs, traces, and events.
  • •Ability to balance performance, cost, maintainability, reliability, and developer experience in system design
