Job Summary

Support the Institutional Coverage team by building and maintaining long-term relationships with private-market sponsors, asset managers, and institutional investors. Develop expertise in private-markets investment strategies, fund structures, and financing needs. Conduct market research and track private-market developments, while assisting with customer portfolio monitoring, risk analysis, reporting, and fund financing transactions such as subscription facilities and NAV financings.

Key Responsibilities

•Support the team in building and maintaining long-term relationships with private-market sponsors, asset managers, and institutional investors.
•Develop a strong understanding of private-markets investment strategies, fund structures, and their financing requirements.
•Perform market analyses and monitor private-markets developments, including fundraising activities, investment strategies, and industry trends.
•Support monitoring of customer portfolios, including ongoing risk analyses and reporting.
•Assist with implementing and monitoring fund financing transactions, including subscription facilities, NAV financings, and other financing solutions.

Key Requirements

•Successfully completed a degree in economics, finance, or banking sciences (or equivalent qualification).
•Relevant work experience in corporate client business, credit risk management, or a comparable area at a financial institution.
•Strong understanding of economic fundamentals, capital markets, and macroeconomic developments.
•Solid knowledge of balance sheet analysis and accounting.
•Structured, analytical, and independent working style with the ability to keep an overview in complex situations.
