Lead cross-functional GSC supply chain projects to industrialize a new Dyson portfolio in China, coordinating between Manufacturing Engineering, Tooling, procurement, production planning and external partners to deliver on-time, in-full product introductions and life-cycle support. Drive portfolio governance, risk management, capacity planning, and continuous improvement within a growing New Product Operations team.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead the Dyson cross-functional GSC global supply chain project team to industrialize the portfolio of products.
•Coordinate supplier selection, capacity installation, and ramp plans to ensure on-time delivery; manage external partners and internal functions.
•Chair portfolio reviews and drive risk/issue management with stakeholders to maintain portfolio health.
•Prepare project status reporting and ensure alignment and execution of production ramp plans across projects.
•Resource management across all active projects, prioritizing workloads and ensuring external partners have sufficient resources.
•Drive continuous improvement and governance, introducing best practices and process improvements across the project management function.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's degree in a STEM discipline or equivalent experience.
•Experience leading multiple projects in a manufacturing/operations environment, preferably New Product Introduction.
•Proven understanding of PM and OM industry tools.
•Strong governance, risk management and regulatory knowledge.
•Experience managing CAPEX budgets for multiple projects.
