Key Responsibilities

•Meet personal sales and productivity goals and consistently achieve sales targets.
•Deliver Coach Experience service standards and anticipate customer needs across simultaneous customers.
•Model company sales behaviors, including omni-channel sales and virtual selling services.
•Maintain high energy on the sales floor and participate as a team member to help meet and exceed performance standards.
•Champion company initiatives, support management decisions, and drive outstanding customer service and customer data acquisition for marketing and clienteling communications.

Key Requirements

•Previous management experience in a luxury retail service environment is preferable (education plus experience may be considered).
•Current knowledge of fashion trends and marketplace competition.
•Experience with POS operation and basic computer proficiency (iPad/laptop, Mobile POS), including ability to read price/release sheets.
•Strong communication skills with customers and team (oral and written), with ability to maneuver the sales floor and meet moderate stockroom lifting and store climbing requirements.
•Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and public holidays; eager to learn live stream shopping and social selling (including making short videos on camera).
