Key Responsibilities

  • •Set strategic direction and develop account plans, opportunity targets, growth goals, and resource/investment allocation based on external drivers and market intelligence.
  • •Maintain situational awareness of account performance by aligning bookings and pipeline with monthly projections and reporting variances.
  • •Provide pursuit support, including weekly SalesForce pipeline reviews, capture planning for major pursuits, teaming/negotiation assistance, and proposal ownership.
  • •Lead and manage key client relationships across Navy/NAVFAC regions and commands, coordinate cross-agency opportunities, and oversee corrective actions and recovery to ensure client satisfaction.
  • •Support compliance and risk activities, including FAR compliance coordination, JV board participation, CPAR review/rebuttals, OCI issue resolution, and performance/risk assessments.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in architecture, engineering, or a related discipline aligned with the Navy/NAVFAC client needs.
  • •At least 12 years of experience working with US Federal government agencies on Architect-Engineering programs, including at least 4 years of leadership experience (or equivalent).
  • •US citizenship is required due to the nature of the role.
  • •Ability to travel throughout CONUS and some OCONUS driven by project and opportunity needs.
  • •Highly desirable: Engineer/Architect Professional Registration (PE or AIA).
