Job Summary

Lead and mature a third-party risk management (TPRM) program within a broader GRC and operational risk framework. Manage a team of risk analysts assessing vendor and partner risks, including external websites and mobile applications, and support enterprise risk initiatives. Partner with security, privacy, legal, and technology teams to strengthen control environments, resilience, and regulatory compliance while building a strong risk culture and improving processes, SLAs, and reporting metrics.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead the end-to-end third-party risk management (TPRM) lifecycle, including due diligence, onboarding, risk tiering, contractual risk controls, ongoing monitoring, and offboarding.
•Manage a team of risk analysts evaluating vendor and partner risks across financial, operational, compliance, and reputational areas.
•Conduct risk management for external websites and mobile applications, and support additional risk assessments as needed.
•Partner with corporate teams (security, privacy, legal, technology) to review security controls, vulnerabilities, penetration testing results, and ensure data protection, privacy, and resilience standards.
•Mature and improve the program by integrating third-party risk into enterprise risk frameworks, meeting SLAs, performing quality assurance on documentation, tracking metrics, and identifying opportunities for automation and efficiency.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 140,000 - 175,000 annually

•Bachelor’s degree in Business, Risk Management, Operations, or a related field (or comparable experience).
•6+ years of experience in third-party risk management and/or operational risk or compliance roles, including managing teams and driving process improvements.
•Relevant certifications preferred (e.g., CRISC, CTPRP, CISA, CISM, CPA, CIA).
•Experience with GRC tools and risk platforms (e.g., ProcessUnity, Optro, Workiva, GRC, OneTrust).
•Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and analytical skills to translate risk data into actionable insights.
