Key Responsibilities

  • •Acquire and maintain knowledge of payroll processes and legislative requirements for supported APAC countries.
  • •Process payroll interfaces, maintain payroll schedules, and perform payroll interface data reconciliation.
  • •Collaborate with Digital and cross-functional teams on interface specifications, system changes, and regression testing needs.
  • •Ensure payroll-related reports and files are securely transferred to and from payroll providers, banking partners, and business units.
  • •Serve as primary point of contact for business units and payroll vendors regarding payroll processing, reports, issues, and inquiries; review feedback and update HCM/HRIS accordingly.
