Junior Performance Marketer

Execute end-to-end user acquisition for high-volume paid channels, supporting campaign setup, creative testing, tracking, and funnel optimization. Monitor performance and anomalies using Voluum, GA4, and internal dashboards, and organize data (CPA, ROAS, retention) for weekly and monthly reviews. Collaborate with Product and Content to improve landing page conversion rates and assist in scaling budgets while learning fast in a remote, high-ownership environment.
