Key Responsibilities

•Organize and lead the PMM team to ensure high performance and professional growth.
•Drive the organization of the team around the most effective user acquisition flows and experiments to scale growth.
•Coordinate with cross-functional teams (marketing, analytics, engineering, product) to bridge gaps between ad clicks and product adoption.
•Develop scalable processes and systems to deliver consistent, repeatable results.
•Own and execute growth strategy by researching markets, trends, and competitors to identify new areas of opportunity.

Key Requirements

•3+ years of overall experience in Product Marketing, Product Management, Growth Marketing, or Marketing Management
•1+ year of experience leading a team
•Analytical mindset with data-driven decision making and long-term strategy development
•Deep understanding of audience psychology and how to drive sales
•Ability to scale through systems and build market-wide processes
