  • •Act as Project Manager on high-profile projects, providing leadership across multi-disciplinary teams.
  • •Engage regularly and proactively with clients and delivery partners to drive efficient approach and progress.
  • •Ensure project deliverables meet/exceed client expectations and KPIs for safety, CSR, quality, cost, and schedule.
  • •Support delivery of operational targets and the Energy Transition team’s P&L.
  • •Ensure delivery aligns with corporate governance requirements and secure appropriate technical and commercial resources.

Key Requirements

  • •Degree qualification (or equivalent) in a relevant Engineering subject with significant post graduate experience in Engineering Project Management or related areas.
  • •Chartered Engineer and a member of a relevant Engineering Institute.
  • •Significant experience leading multi-disciplinary consultancy teams in the Energy sector.
  • •Knowledge of the design and construction of power and energy projects.
  • •Ability to influence across all levels, manage conflicting priorities, and solve problems collaboratively.
