Own and lead a suite of internal and third-party applications supporting Real Estate and Alternatives Asset Management within FIT. Drive roadmaps and portfolio planning for critical institutional investing functions, partnering with engineering and business stakeholders to deliver secure, reliable experiences. Key Responsibilities

•Apply secure software and systems engineering practices across the delivery lifecycle to protect data and technology solutions from threats and vulnerabilities.
•Develop and implement application suite roadmaps by evaluating business needs, competitive landscape, technology currency, and information security considerations.
•Manage risk mitigation controls and support internal and external audits.
•Lead delivery availability and resiliency using established operating mechanisms and best practices.
•Hire, develop, and coach a team (5+ technology professionals) while representing the voice of the customer in portfolio management and business case planning.

Salary: USD 118,000 - 222,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Demonstrated strong interpersonal and relationship management skills, with the ability to interface with multiple business partner levels and influence without authority.

•Familiarity with SRE and Agile practices, along with operational and build metrics experience.
•Ability to learn quickly and adapt in ambiguous situations to make decisions with incomplete information.
•Experience delivering against tight timeframes and leading teams effectively.
