Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage corporate records for Autodesk’s APAC subsidiaries, including statutory registers, minute books, governance documentation, and entity records.
  • •Coordinate board and shareholder approvals, written resolutions, annual general meetings, and related corporate filings.
  • •Support director and officer appointments, resignations, powers of attorney, and related corporate filings.
  • •Coordinate annual compliance filings and regulatory submissions across multiple APAC jurisdictions with external corporate secretarial providers.
  • •Improve and standardize subsidiary governance processes by developing templates, playbooks, checklists, and tracking tools.

Key Requirements

  • •Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business, Corporate Administration, or a related field.
  • •3+ years of experience supporting corporate governance, corporate secretarial, or general corporate legal matters.
  • •Ability to support multiple legal entities across international jurisdictions and work effectively with stakeholders across regions.
  • •Strong organizational and project management skills, with ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • •Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with high attention to detail and sound professional judgment for confidential information.
