Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide high standards of customer service, ensuring customers feel welcome and receive courteous assistance.
  • •Drive sales by recommending products, communicating seasonal highlights and promotions, and supporting replenishment to minimize lost sales.
  • •Perform merchandise management tasks including accurate stock movements, delivery checks, stock transfers, counts, and reporting stock shortages.
  • •Operate the till with correct procedures, handling cash and credit cards efficiently and accurately.
  • •Adhere to health and safety regulations, prevent pilferage and stock loss, and complete other ad-hoc duties assigned by managers.
