  • •Analyze quality of products, operations, and processes to Quality Management System requirements, company procedures, contract requirements, or government regulations.
  • •Perform failure and forensic analysis of aerospace components and systems using knowledge of aerospace design, systems, and integration.
  • •Conduct root cause analysis on nonconformance and develop, modify, and document corrective/preventive actions and their resolution.
  • •Review and approve corrective action plans and quality planning changes; guide validation of configuration management, quality procedures, and material review policies, and create analytical reports for distribution.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of experience with U.S. Navy or USMC aviation logistics, maintenance and acquisition practices.
  • •Experience with 4790.2 Naval Aviation Maintenance Program (NAMP).
  • •5+ years working with Electrical and/or Avionics repair techniques and processes, including circuit testing and troubleshooting for military aircraft.
  • •Willing to travel domestically and internationally as needed.
  • •Preferred: 7+ years experience with F/A-18 QAS, Full Systems QAR, CDQAR or CDI.
