Key Responsibilities

  • •Act as a trusted technology and digital advisor to BA regional leadership across India, Middle East, and Rest of Asia.
  • •Translate regional BA growth, customer, and operational strategies into clear IT demand, roadmaps, and investment priorities.
  • •Shape and influence business decisions by providing technology insights, trade-off analysis, and risk perspectives.
  • •Drive technology enablement for regional growth, localization needs, regulatory requirements, and customer experience.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Engineering, or related discipline; Master’s degree preferred.
  • •15+ years of progressive IT leadership experience, including senior roles as an IT Business Partner or equivalent.
  • •Strong experience working with senior business leaders in global or regional roles, preferably in high-growth markets.
  • •Solid background in enterprise applications, digital platforms, cybersecurity, and IT governance.
  • •Demonstrated people management experience, including leading leaders and building regional organizations.
