Job Summary

Provide generalist HR support for an onsite distribution center, helping administer HR procedures and policies and supporting recruitment-related and employee relations needs. Deliver training across all associate levels, conduct new-hire orientations, and collaborate with the HR Manager on interventions, fact-findings, and conflict resolution. Monitor, coach, and guide both technical and non-technical training to improve supervisors’ and non-exempt associates’ development.

•Ensure Open Door, diversity, and related values issues are resolved, coordinating with the HR Manager on interventions and fact-findings.
•Provide coaching, monitoring, and recommendations for supervisors’ and non-exempt associates’ development, and participate in special projects.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 74,813 - 83,125 annually

Key Requirements

•3+ years of HR experience in food manufacturing/production, CPG, e-Commerce, or a high-growth/startup environment.
•Knowledge of recruitment strategies, employment agency methods, and interviewing techniques.
•Working knowledge of employee relations, diversity, performance management, and employment laws with confidentiality.
•Solid coaching and counseling skills.
•Bachelor’s degree or equivalent job experience with SHRM/PHR.
