  • •Development and maintenance of schedules considering dependencies and resources
  • •Identification and monitoring of project risks and opportunities
  • •Quality assurance of project activities and results

Key Requirements

  • •Academic or professional qualification in a relevant technical area or in project management
  • •Background preferred in engineering or architecture
  • •Minimum 5 years of experience leading large architecture and planning projects in Germany
  • •Proven knowledge of German market requirements and regulations, especially HOAI and VOB
  • •Fluent German and English, spoken and written; willingness to be in Essen office 3 days per week; occasional travel
