Key Responsibilities

  • •Maintain supervisory staff via recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees.
  • •Lead problem solving and continuous improvement while meeting quality, production, and cost objectives.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of management experience in automotive or a lean manufacturing environment.

  • •Experience leading and developing associates.

  • •Valid unrestricted driver’s license with a clean driving record in the last 3 years.
