Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide routing, switching, and wireless support for enterprise LAN/WAN and SD-WAN environments.
  • •Ensure network configurations comply with network standards and review logs and system outputs.
  • •Participate in setup, deployment, maintenance, troubleshooting, and documentation of network infrastructure components.
  • •Maintain and resolve escalated support tickets and service requests via ServiceNow.
