  • •Advance Lean Thinking at the logistics location and drive improvements across logistics, material flow, and packaging
  • •Coordinate and further develop Lean event measures and bring Lean methods into daily operations
  • •Identify optimization potential and hand actionable areas for continuous improvement using Lean methods
  • •Develop training and workshop materials, plan/organize/run workshops, and document outcomes (protocols, evaluations, lessons learned)

Key Requirements

  • •Completed degree (e.g., engineering, business engineering, logistics management) or comparable qualification
  • •First professional experience in logistics
  • •Experience in project management, ideally in production, logistics, or process optimization
  • •First knowledge of Lean management methods and tools for logistics (e.g., 5S, VSM, Kanban, Just-in-time)
  • •Strong communication skills and interest in change management; ideally a Six Sigma Green Belt
